Can I reorder favourites manually by drag and drop?

Manual drag and drop reordering is not supported. To reorder your favourites, use the sort options at the top of the list, or rename favourites so they group differently under an A to Z sort.

Does sorting apply within a project or across all favourites in my organisation?

Sort applies within the Favourites list for the current project. Each project has its own favourites list and its own remembered sort preference.

What information is shown for each saved favourite?

Each saved favourite stores the full set of statistics generated when the layout was created, including desk count, NIA, GEA, and zone breakdown. To view the detailed information for a specific favourite, click into it from the favourites list. The metrics shown are the same as those generated alongside the original layout, ensuring you can compare options on a like-for-like basis.

Can I edit saved layouts?

You can edit saved favourites. To do so, open the favourite, edit it, and click Save to overwrite it, or click Save As to save it as a separate layout.

How do I save a new favourite without overwriting the original one?

If you edited a favourite and do not want to overwrite the original, click Save As. Your new layout will be saved as a separate favourite.

Can I copy a favourite?

Yes. Open the three-dot menu on any favourite and select Duplicate. This creates an independent editable copy of the favourite in the same favourites folder, with all metadata included (name, statistics, notes). When duplicating, you can type a new name for the copy. The copy can then be edited independently of the original.
