laiout Hub

What is laiout Hub?

laiout Hub is your centralised library for all your floor plans. It provides a single place to store, organise, and access every plan across your portfolio, making them easily searchable and usable by anyone on your team, regardless of CAD experience. It is particularly powerful for tenants and organisations managing large portfolios who need everything in one accessible place, and comes as part of your standard laiout subscription rather than as a separate product.

What does portfolio intelligence mean in laiout Hub?

Portfolio intelligence is the ability to view, understand, and compare all of your floor plans in a single analytics view. Rather than opening each plan individually, you can see your entire portfolio at a glance and quickly identify trends, differences, and opportunities across your spaces.

What key metrics are available in the Hub view?

The Hub view shows the information you attach to each floor plan when you upload or create it, such as location, size, and any notes you add. This flexibility means you can tailor the details you track to the specific needs of your portfolio.

Who has access to laiout Hub?

laiout Hub is available to every user on your team. There are no separate access restrictions, so everyone with a laiout account can view and work within the Hub.

Is laiout Hub included in my subscription?

Yes. laiout Hub is included as part of your standard laiout subscription at no extra cost. There is no separate add-on to purchase.

How does laiout Hub interact with my existing floor plans and projects?

Every floor plan and project you create in laiout is automatically added to your Hub. There is no manual syncing or linking required, so your Hub always stays up to date with everything you are working on.

Can I add, edit, or archive floor plans from within the Hub view?

Yes. You can add new floor plans, edit existing ones, and delete plans directly from the Hub view without needing to navigate away.
