How do I open 3D view?

The 3D view can be activated by clicking on the 3D button on the top bar after generating a floor plan.

How do I navigate in 3D view?

It is possible to navigate in 3D view by click and holding the left button of the mouse or panning by holding the right click. You can also adjust your camera with keyboard arrows.

Can I see zone colours in 3D view?

Yes. It is possible to activate Zone Visibility while in 3D view. The Zone Visibility button is on the top bar.

How do I start a walk-through?

The Walkthrough can be activated by double clicking on the 3D model. This will allow you to enter inside the floor plan.

How do I navigate in 1st person mode?

It is possible to navigate the 1st person mode view by double-clicking on the location where you want to go or using the arrow keys on the computer.

Can I change camera height in 3D view?

It is possible to change the camera height on the settings in the top bar of the 3D view.

Can I adjust the height of the floor in 3d?

Yes, you can adjust the 3D view vertical dimensions in Floor Settings. In Floors page, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of floor card and go to Settings. There you can adjust Floor to Ceiling Height and Floor to Window Sill Height.

Can I export 3D view?

It is possible to export 3D model representing your option. The view itself is not exportable, but you can export Revit, IFC and OBJ file.

Can I take screenshots of the 3D view?

Yes. In the 3D view, you can capture the current perspective as an image. This is useful for including 3D visuals in presentations or sharing with stakeholders. You can also add 3D views to your PDF exports using the PDF builder, which lets you compose multi-page presentations with floorplans, 3D views, charts and branding elements.

Can I get a nicer render in 3D view?

Yes. From the 3D viewer, click the AI Renders button to generate photorealistic visualisations of your layout. You can choose from ten predefined style presets (ranging from Industrial Modern to Luxury Executive), write your own custom prompt, upload a reference image to guide the style, or upload a photo of the actual view from the building to create realistic window scenes. Renders are generated in seconds to minutes directly within the platform. AI Renders is available as a premium add-on.

Can I change colours of 3D view?

No. It is not currently possible to change colours of the 3D view, but you can toggle Schematic View on to make the model white, and turn on Zones VIsibility to see the Zone colours.

Can I change materials of 3D view?

No. It is not currently possible to change materials of the 3D view.

Can I get an isometric 3D view?

No. We currently have only the perspective view available

Can I change FOV in 3D view?

No. It is currently not available
