In shared link modal you can customise your link and its content. You can decide what stats to include (areas, zones, co2, costs, gea and nia) or you can hide all of them. You can also decide whether to add 3d view and if you do, you can set it as default, so whoever opens the link will see 3d first.

Yes, you can share 3d view of your layout. Optionally you can set the 3d layout as default by checking the "3D as default" checkbox, so whoever opens the link will see 3d first.

When you create your link, under Viewing requirements select "Require email to view" from the dropdown list and check the "List emails allowed to access the link" checkbox. The viewers will be able to view your link only after inserting one of the email addresses listed there.
