How can I share my layout?
To share your layout, you have to save it as a favourite first. Click on 3 dots in the upper right corner of the floor card representing your favourite or while you have it open on export button and select 'Share'.

Can I share an option that is not a favourite?
No, to share an option via Shared Link functionality it has to be saved as a favourite.

What elements can I add/hide in my shared link?
In shared link modal you can customise your link and its content. You can decide what stats to include (areas, zones, co2, costs, gea and nia) or you can hide all of them. You can also decide whether to add 3d view and if you do, you can set it as default, so whoever opens the link will see 3d first.

Can I share 3d of my space?
Yes, you can share 3d view of your layout. Optionally you can set the 3d layout as default by checking the "3D as default" checkbox, so whoever opens the link will see 3d first.

Where can I find my links?
You can find and manage links shared by your organisation in share links tab, available after clicking on your Initial in the upper left corner.

How do I restrict access to my link?
You can restrict access to your link by creating a whitelist of emails and requiring the viewer to input their email address.

How do I add a whitelist to my link?
When you create your link, under Viewing requirements select "Require email to view" from the dropdown list and check the "List emails allowed to access the link" checkbox. The viewers will be able to view your link only after inserting one of the email addresses listed there.

How do I make my link never expiring?
To create a link that never expires, mark the "No Expiry" checkbox when creating a shared link. For existing links, go to Share Links tab, click on the 3 dots next to a link you want to update, and choose "Remove expiration date"

How do I check visitors of my link?
To check visitors of your link, you have to have Share Links tab activated for your organisation. You also need to change viewing requirements to "require an email to view". Visitors of your link will be listed in Share links tab.

Can I embed a link onto my website?
Yes. It is possible to add the Shared Link to your website. While creating the link, remember to set the accessibility to everyone.

Can stakeholders edit layouts via shared links?
Shared links are view-only by default. Stakeholders can explore the 2D layout, switch between favourites, view 3D models and review metrics, but they cannot edit the layout directly. This ensures your design remains intact while giving stakeholders the interactive experience they need to provide feedback and make decisions.

Can I include AI Renders in my Shared Link?
Yes. When creating or editing a Shared Link, a toggle lets you include AI Renders. The toggle is on by default when renders exist for the layout, and you can choose which specific renders are visible to external viewers. Recipients see them in a dedicated gallery alongside the floor plan and stats. For more details on AI Renders, see the AI Renders page.
