Client Colour Profiles let you define brand colours for each of your clients and apply them automatically across layouts, the editor view, and all exported deliverables. This ensures full brand consistency from the design view through to client-facing materials.

What is a Client Colour Profile?

A Client Colour Profile is a set of brand colours linked to a specific client. The profile defines colours used across the layout output, including zone-specific accents, ensuring that everything produced for that client carries consistent visual branding.

How do I create a Client Colour Profile?

Client Colour Profiles are created within Client Management, on each client's profile page. From there, define the brand colours and any zone-specific accents you want associated with that client.

How do I apply a Client Colour Profile to a project?

When viewing any project or floor plan, you can select the relevant client colour profile from the laiout toolbar. The chosen profile is then applied to the project view, exports, and shared links automatically.

Where does a Client Colour Profile appear?

Once selected, the profile applies across all views, including the editor and every type of export. This ensures full brand consistency from how you design the space in laiout through to every deliverable that reaches your client.

Can I edit or delete a Client Colour Profile?

Yes. Profiles can be edited or deleted at any time from the same Client Management section where they were originally created.

Are Client Colour Profiles shared across my team?

Yes. Profiles are saved at the organisation level and shared across the entire team, so everyone working on a client's projects uses the same brand colours.
