How is laiout priced?

laiout is priced per square foot or square metre of floor space planned on the platform. This usage-based model means you pay in proportion to the size of your portfolio, not per user or per seat. Contact our team for a tailored quote based on your requirements.

Is there a minimum portfolio size or contract value?

Yes. laiout has a minimum of 10,000 sqm per year. The platform delivers the strongest return on investment at portfolio scale where the time savings compound across multiple floors and buildings.

Can I trial laiout before committing to a subscription?

Yes. laiout offers a paid trial period so you can test the platform on your own floor plans with full access to all features. This lets you evaluate the output quality, speed, and workflow fit before committing to a longer-term agreement. Contact our team to arrange a trial.

How does AI Renders pricing work?

AI Renders is available as an add-on to your laiout subscription. It is priced per floor on a portfolio-wide basis, giving you unlimited renders across all your projects. This is significantly more cost-effective than traditional rendering services, which typically charge hundreds of pounds per image.

Do I pay per user or per seat?

No. laiout does not charge per user or per seat, but purely based on an acquired bandwidth of sqm/sqft. Your subscription covers your organisation, and you can add as many team members as you need without additional per-user fees.

What is included in my subscription?

A laiout subscription covers full access to the platform's layout generation engine and a wide suite of features, which our sales team is able to talk you through in more detail. AI Renders is available as an optional add-on.

How does laiout compare in cost to traditional test-fitting?

Costs difference are highly dependent, but most clients use laiout because it allows them to move faster than the competition.
