Setting Your Preferences
Where can I find preferences?
The Preference tab is represented by 3 horizontal lines on the left side of the app.

How can I set my own requests?
All the requests are added in the Preferences tab. This is where it's possible to control the first inputs to generate options.

Where can I add rooms to my request?
In the Preferences panel, it's possible to add Closed Offices, Meeting Rooms and Breakout areas. Once clicked on the label "Closed Offices" it will open a first sub menu where users can add room types, simply clicking on the Plus button.

Where can I add my space program/requirements?
The space program can be added in the Preference tab.

Can I import my space program/requirements/request?
You can input your space programme via the Preferences tab. You can also upload a PDF file directly to import your requirements.

How do I set maximum occupancy or desk count?
In the project page, where you can see all the floor cards, click on the three dots in the top right of each card. Click again on Set Max Occupancy. You can set a maximum number of occupants or a maximum number of workstations. The algorithm will generate layouts that respect these limits.

How can I set a maximum number of occupants?
In the project page, where you can see all the floor cards, you can click on the 3 dots on the top right of each card. Once clicked you can click again on Settings. Here you can set parameters such as Max Occupancy.

How do I add more workstations?
To add more Workstations you can add them in the Preferences tab, in the field Number of Workstations.

Can I add more space typologies with same number of people but different size?
Yes. You can just add them in the Preferences tab.

Can I add more spaces to my request?
Yes. You can just add them in the Preferences tab.

Can I add spaces not on your list?
Currently it is not possible to add other spaces that are not in the Preferences list but it is possible to add spaces after generation by editing the floor plan with zone edits.

Can I add custom zones to my request?
No. It is not possible to add custom spaces in the Preferences but it's possible to create them while editing the floor plan. Just click on a zone, click on change icon and then select Custom. This will allow you to create a custom zone. You can define its name and add a symbol.

How can I set density?
Yes. It's possible to set density in the Preferences tab. You can change the density in the Open Workspace area, and in each typology of space editing the sqm/sqft per person.

How do I adjust sqm/pax?
It's possible to set different sqm/sqft per person in the Preferences tab. You can change the density in the Open Workspace area, and in each typology of space editing the sqm/sqft per person.

Why there are some values already filled for meeting rooms or breakout?
We aim to help all users to expedite their workflow. Based on the size of the floor plate preferences are prefilled with a request defined in the Company Table.

How do I change my input?
Opening the Preference tab allows you to change the input requests.

Can I edit my request?
Yes. You can just add them in the Preferences tab.

Can I change preferences after generating?
Yes. You can just add new requests in the Preferences tab and click on Generate again.

Can I save my preferences somewhere?
The preferences are saved on the floor plan once clicked on Apply in the Preferences tab.

Can I copy preferences?
Yes. It's possible to copy preferences between one floor and another one within the same project. The button is on the top bar of the Preferences tab.

Can I save my preferences as a template?
Yes. You can copy and reuse your floorplan criteria across floors and projects using the copy preferences feature. This lets you duplicate your preferred setup (room types, quantities, density targets, desk types) and apply it to other floors or buildings in seconds, maintaining consistency across your portfolio without re-entering settings each time.
