# Generating Layout Options

"Generate" button is placed in the middle of the left side bar (represented by laiout logo). It becomes available when you're in the floor view.

Yes, you can generate more than once, every new click on the Generate button will create three new options.

<summary>What are the symbols on option cards?</summary>

Symbols visualised in the corners of option cards mark the option that performs the best in some aspect, such as Lowest Cost, Lowest Carbon Footprint, Max Number of Workstations and Highest Area per Employee. Hover over the icon to see what it means.

<summary>Why are stats changing when I hover over the options?</summary>

When you hover over an option, its individual stats are displayed in the stats panel. This way you can compare stats of different options before opening one of them.
