Where is my data stored?

laiout uses secure cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS Europe (eu-west-1). Data is stored in encrypted environments within this region. For specific details on data residency requirements, contact the laiout team at [email protected].

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All data transmitted between your browser and the laiout platform is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is stored in secure, encrypted environments with access restricted to authorised systems only.

Who can access my floor plans and projects?

Only users within your organisation who have been granted the appropriate role (Admin, Member or Project Member) can access your projects. Shared links give view-only access to external parties, and you can restrict those links with email whitelists and expiry dates. The laiout team does not access your projects unless you request support and grant permission.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
